UTERINE PROLAPSE

Uterine prolapse is a condition where the uterus sags down and protrudes into or out of the vagina. Patients often complain of a lump-like bulge in the vaginal area, pelvic pain, difficulty going to the bathroom, a constant feeling of needing to urinate, and a sense of downward pressure. The appearance of the mass bulging outward can also be bothersome. It can be treated with both surgical and non-surgical methods.
